High Performance

Specifically designed for installation in areas up to 5000mm high, the 100HP Apton Systems will incorporate glazed modules up to 2000mm wide and provides very high levels of acoustic performance and fire resistance.

PRINCIPAL FEATURES

CONSTRUCTION
Inner framework of steel sections with omega ‘top hat’ section between solid modules
OVERALL THICKNESS : 100mm over face panels
HEIGHT: Up to 5000mm
SOLID MODULES : One or two layers of plasterboard either side of framework
GLASS AND GLAZING:

Single or double glazed Glass from 6mm to 25mm thick. Modules up to 2000mm wide

DOORS: Timber, glass or flush double glazed
FINISH FOR PLASTERBOARD One or two layers of undecorated or pre-decorated
FINISH FOR STEEL OMEGA TRIM AND GLAZING Polyester powder coated in a range of RAL colours
FIRE RESISTANCE : In accordance with BS476 Part 22: 30 and 60 minutes - Integrity and Insulation (Euro E and EI)
ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE :

Solid up to 51Rw(dB). Glazed up to 45Rw(dB)

STRUCTURAL STRENGTH : In accordance with BS5234, BS6180 and 6399- heavy and severe duty
BLINDS : Recessed or between double glazing
