A Drywall System by Apton designed for rapid installation using preformed powder coated metal trims in place of beading at head, edges and corners.

PRINCIPAL FEATURES

CONSTRUCTION:
Framework of steel sections 0.7 mm thick. Boards are slid between preformed powder coated metal edge trims secured to studs. Pre-manufactured 90° and 135° corners. Fixings concealed. Plain or recessed head detail.
OVERALL THICKNESS :

100mm

HEIGHT: Up to 4000mm
BOARDS : One or two layers of plasterboard either side of framework
JOINTS:

Tape and fill, ‘Smoothwall’ or as required
