	Brief: The St Paul’s area of Birmingham comprises traditional buildings, many Victorian which in recent years have been internally re-furbished for modern office needs. GW Interiors were appointed to fit out the office space for a new tenant by the landlord.

Solution:

The versatility of Apton`s 75G partitioning system meant that it could be installed to incorporate the landlord’s own door frames and skirting.

Single glazed Quartz was used for the meeting room, whilst the offices were fitted out with double glazed 75G with integral venetian blinds for added privacy, without the hassle of these having to be cleaned and subjected to abuse.

The matching framed glazed doors featured self closing hinges and this was the first Apton project outside of London and the South East to contain this feature.  Consequently Apton are expecting more enquiries to come in for these self closing hinges from across the rest of the U.K.
