I would just like to ask you to pass my thanks to your driver Stephen for his efforts. He has provided us with a first class service over the recent years. This was in evidence this week during the delivery to Bury. As usual he was on time, he and his colleague, both helped during a somewhat difficult hoisting process.

My installation fixer commented that you would never get this kind of service from any of your competitions. Bearing in mind we both have more years in the industry then we would like to admit too, this was a sincere compliment amplified in that the customer overheard the comment and was in agreement.

I have always felt that our success in the market is based on a team performance, Stephen demonstrates this whenever he represents your Company.

...may I take this opportunity to say thank you to all the team at Apton for managing to get everything to site on time. This was great for us as it meant that we were able to complete the project over the weekend as agreed and handover the job to our client AM today. Overall the client is very pleased with the installation and hopefully there are two more projects forthcoming.
